YOUR POWERFUL PIVOT

You are empowered to choose your future!

When we are calm, content, and happy even when appearances seem against us,

that’s when we have learned the power of unconditional living.  You have the power to intervene in your limiting beliefs - at any moment - and participate in the process of rising to the best version of YOU. This will always alter the course of your future and relationships!

We are either living reactive or proactive. Reactive living usually entails “handling” or “managing” your day, your relationships, and your challenges.  Proactive living means you decide ahead of time how you’re going to be in every situation.  And you have rehearsed in your imagination. This becomes your powerful pivot!

Concentrate on the thoughts and moods that you’re interested in!  Now you won’t accept the dominating fog of outside conditions and circumstances. Even though it FEELS like you’re living in a physical world, you are actually living in your mind and imagination.  Whatever you are intensely emotional about…that is what you will continue to experience.

Desire, imagination, and steady focused attention is the key to experiencing God’s reality. Your imagination works for you, to the direct proportion that you give it your attention and concentration.

“Prove to me now says the lord if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, and there won’t be room enough to receive it”. Windows of heaven arent’ opened - and treasures released - by a strong will, for they are a free gift…the gift that comes when we are ready to receive with complete acceptance.

Controlling and training and harnessing and developing your imagination will absolutely alter your present life experience.  An uncontrolled imagination expends its energy on useless and destructive thoughts and feelings such as:

  • Remembering that offensive thing that person said yesterday

  • Dwelling on what’s going wrong in your life

  • Questioning how you’re going to get by

  • Frustrated with the current events

If you’re obsessed and occupied with external evidence of the immediate present, you can stay stuck. You get to choose what you are preoccupied with.  This takes practice to master, and we get to start where we are!  We live in a physical object world, so as people we are constantly directed by external things.  But your capacity to learn and develop your attention to align with God’s reality, or heaven on earth.

When you have hope, you aren’t easily offended or hurt or feel rejected.  Your focus changes and you imagine positive outcomes.  Hope is not just a thinf r positive people to enjoy or something that privileged people seem to effortlessly have - hope is for those who choose to process life differently.

You were created to live in a state of hope, joy and peace…these aren’t just emotions but can become your abiding fefelings, based on your beliefs about who you are, why you were created, and who your Creator really is.

Here are seven ways to defeat discouragement:

  1.  Never forget how loved you are.  Feeling and experiencing God’s love is the best way to get out of a downward spiral.

  2. Never fake it.  Discouragement comes when you’re trying to be something or someone you’re not.

  3. It’s not all about you!  Putting yourself in others’ shoes keeps you from getting prideful, fearful, or bitter.

  4. Relax in your limitations.  You can’t fix other people’s problems.

  5. Use your pain to help others.

  6. Renew yourself each day.  Review each day and receive God’s perspective for every circumstance.

  7. Stay focused on eternity.  See beyond the “here and now”.  This perspective keeps you energized and vibrant!

This very day starts your new life. Make space for truly living a limitless life and expanding your future probabilities!
