Is it just the four of us?

Yes! We have had the most success with our Private Intensives in our home office in Phoenix, Arizona.  Couples or individuals spend 8 hours per day alone with us and we get to the “bottom of things” and apply solutions and send you home with a plan and a lot of hope.  We customize your destructive cycles, identify the source of disconnect and get you to a place of understanding and enjoying each other to the next level. There are many “lights on” moments where people get keys to new beginnings.  We couldn’t be more thankful for those who invest in these days together!

Is this just for couples in crisis?

Not at all! Every season of life and every stage of your relationship is welcome. We have had couples in extreme crisis, and we have had couples in marriage ministry that want to learn new ideas of how to help others. Wherever you are in your relationship, you will have fun, you will grow together, and you will be happy you made this investment. 

What dates are available?

Your choice! Weekdays or weekends, most couples come for three days.  Sometimes we are available last minute, and sometimes we are booked a full year in advance.  Just let us know which month(s) you’re interested in, and we will give you detailed availability. We believe in unlimited possibilities and divine appointments.

What’s a good way to prepare for an intensive?

If you enjoy podcasts, we highly recommend “All About Relationships”.  If you start from Episode #1 and work your way through, you will begin to hear our hearts, and you will begin the process to prepare for our time together.

Do you offer group intensives?

We do! Instead of just a “random group” of people getting together, we now facilitate custom groups, where couples gather their friends and/or family and invite us to join them to conduct highly-productive sessions where we are interactive and intentional in bringing relationship strategies and measurable plans for the future. You get to decide where, when, how many people and how many sessions you want. The result? Deeper relationships, extreme joy and memories that last a lifetime. It’s an investment well spent!

The price for a group intensive is $5,000.

How many hours per day do you spend with a group of couples?

We leave that up to you!  We can spend anywhere from one hour to eight hours each day!  It all depends on what you want to accomplish, and how it fits best with your group.  The average is having us for 3-4 days, and meeting for anywhere from 3-9 hours each of those days.  We also love to hang out and develop friendships during the times we aren’t in sessions. It’s the same cost no matter how many hours we spend together. 

Where do you hold the sessions?

Some groups rent a big home, and some all book their own tickets to an all-inclusive resort. If the getaway is in a warm climate, we often find a place to meet together outside where we can enjoy beauty and warmth prioritizing “vacation time” as an atmosphere of rest and relaxation during the sessions.  If there’s a big group, up to 28 people, you may want to double-check with the venue to secure group seating.  

What’s the minimum group size requirement for a group intensive?

There isn’t a minimum or maximum group size. Typically, when the group is bigger, the cost goes down for each couple, as you divide up and share the expenses (Bob and Audrey’s travel and honorarium). The advantage of a group being smaller is that each couple gets more individual attention.  So far, we have had groups anywhere from 6 - 28 people. We have had great success with every group size.

What kind of groups have you done this with?

We have done this with friend groups, church staff/ leadership, family reunions, and businesses.

Do you include vow renewals?

Great question!  We can easily include a casual ceremony as an opportunity to renew your vows.  Every couple participates at the same time, creating an intimate and memorable moment.  This is your custom intensive, so you can decide what’s most important to you and your group.

Do we have to share personal information with the group?

Absolutely not. Conversations between couples are very private, and even though many couples opt to share new levels of honesty and “lights on” with the group, this is always optional with no pressure. 

Does it have to be all married couples?

Meeting with big families for a getaway can include singles and multiple generations.  We customize the sessions to apply to any group. Each group takes on the emphasis that makes the most sense, answering the questions and concerns that are most pertinent to the group.  This is about amazing personal growth! Our passion is to equip every person for dynamic and phenomenal relationships in all aspects of life.

How do you start the process of planning a group intensive?

It usually takes one person to grab hold of the idea and start making plans. Accumulate some destination ideas,  search out the best accommodation according to what’s important to you, and then start finding others that want to join you.  As soon as you’re ready to secure some dates, use the form below to give us the details. The cost is $5K USD plus Bob and Audrey’s expenses.

How early do we need to book?

Sometimes we are available short notice, but we also have many engagements booked a year or two in advance.  So, it just depends on the date! We believe in unlimited possibilities and divine appointments.
