Bring the Best You
Bursting with hope!
Can you imagine bursting at the seams with hope, thus releasing continuous joy into your heart? That’s the perfect posture for receiving strategy for problem-solving, and strength to withstand any disappointing circumstances or challenging relationships. Hope is important, and putting your hope in God is the security your heart is longing for.
Most relationships and marriages can feel the cycle when things start going well and then…someone gets triggered, or something happens, and you’re back to feeling disconnected, frustrated, and often even awkward with each other.
The more we help people with cycles, the more clear it becomes that both people in the relationship aren’t necessarily being mean, cold, withholding, or insecure (well...they are) but deeper down, each person is actually scared of something. Fear drives us to revert to destructive emotions like feeling “in trouble” or “abandoned”. Then we react by “walking on eggshells” when someone is intimidating, or “feeling guilty” when we haven’t even done something wrong.
